At Health Island Partnership, we are committed to the principle that all the residents of the Isle of Dogs should have access to a good quality of life, through improved health & well-being, equitable & coordinated access to local primary & community health services, social care and community support services.

We offer Clinical and non-clinical health and wellbeing services delivered by NHS and partner organisations including:

GP services
Mental health services
Children and young people services
Drug and alcohol services
Social prescribing
Health and wellbeing coaching
First contact physiotherapy
Pharmacy services
Health visiting
Health and wellbeing projects
And many more

Services are available at various times between Monday – Saturday.

Community venues – Collingwood Community Centre and other local hubs for wellbeing projects and group activities

Group sessions – workshops, wellbeing groups, and health education sessions

Online – web portals and apps for booking, information, and virtual consultations
Telephone – dedicated helplines for advice, triage, and follow-up support
Pop-up clinics and outreach – community events for screenings and health checks
