The Poplar & Limehouse Health and Wellbeing Network is a partnership of local GP practices, community care teams, and third-sector providers. We work together to make sure residents have access to the right care and support. Our aim is to use resources effectively, create new ways to deliver services that reduce health inequalities, and ensure patients and the public have better experiences.
