The Carers Centre provides advice, information, support service and Independent Advocacy to all adult Carers caring for an adult living in Tower Hamlets.

We operate an open door policy so that Carers needing urgent support or just a friendly chat with someone who understands the difficulties you face are welcome to drop in to the Centre anytime during our opening hours.
