At our school we aim to provide our children with the best possible education and to develop the whole child by preparing and equipping them for the challenging and fast changing world in which we live, during their time with us.

Our approach to learning and teaching is based on the work of Carol Dweck, “Mindsets”. We encourage our pupils and staff to be lifelong learners and to believe that they can achieve anything they put their mind and effort into, hence our motto ‘Reach for the Stars’.

At Osmani, we offer our pupils and staff the opportunity to be creative, innovative and adventurous in their approach to learning and teaching, using approaches and strategies that value effort, perseverance, co-operation, collaboration, problem solving and leadership skills within a happy and stimulating learning environment.

We also believe that a close and trusting relationship between home and school, working together at all times to promote the aims and ethos of the school is important to the success of our pupils and the school.
