The internet is amazing! Children can play, learn, create and connect, opening up a whole world of possibilities, but for many children, excessive screen time has become a source of family conflict and is negatively impacting on thier mental health.

Keeping Children Safe Online sessions give parents an insight into their child's digital world and information and guidance how to keep children safe online.
Sessions containb information about:
- how the internet can support learning
- the role of the internet and social media in children's lives
- the dangers - cyber bullying, online grooming and sexual exploitation
- dealing with excessive internet use and conflict

Sessions are updated regularly to reflect current themes, apps, and new social media channels.
