We aim to offer appointments when you want them in comfortable surroundings with polite and friendly staff. We want all patients to get an appointment and a service to suit their lifestyle.

Get a routine appointment within 48 hours
Book an appointment a least 2 weeks ahead if you want to
Get an appointment as early as 9.00am or as late as 8.00pm
Book a GP telephone consultation if you find that more convenient
In addition to the GPs we offer a wide range of other services including: Home Visits, Psychologist, Health Visitors, Baby Clinic, Antenatal Clinic, Family Planning, Blood Clinics, New Patient Health Checks, Nurse Clinics.

The patient participation group was created using a range of patients that would represent all types of patient here at the surgery and all ethnic groups. We looked at age, gender and ethnic group to try and get a true picture of our patients. We then invited these patients to join if they felt happy to do so. Currently there are 4 people of different ages and race.
In the meeting the group strongly felt that
•The questionnaire should be specific to the service of the surgery
•The questionnaire should not be too long
•Open to all Patients
•The questionnaire should be placed at reception for all patients to access.

The result of the survey has been very positive about the service that is provided by the surgery currently.
The results of the findings were positive and no changes were suggested, this was discussed with the group and we all felt this was very good.
This practice allows community health service clinical staff directly involved in your care to access parts of your medical record. Your consent will be asked before this can take place. If you do not wish this to happen, please let the practice know.
