Service Description

We provide a range of support for babies, children and young people diagnosed with a visual impairment, including those with additional and complex needs. We are a team of specialist teachers of the visually impaired.

There are also other professionals who work with us, for example, bilingual instructors and a Braille instructor. We provide support for pre-school as well as school aged children and young people.

Services to parents are free. There is a charge to schools for some of our services. Schools can also purchase additional services.

We also provide the following services/sessions to parents and families, such as:

• DOVES is a playgroup for visually impaired children aged 0 to 4 and their families.
• Braille course for parents of visually impaired children
