Work closely with people from Bangladeshi and Somali communities who are not included or engaged in their communities, or who are at risk of social exclusion by offering them opportunities and experiences that develop their confidence, skills and self-esteem.

Also provide help with CV preparation, cover letter writing, interview skills, and completing application forms.
