• Making a complaint when things go wrong

We know that being in debt can make you feel worried and concerned so get in touch today for free, expert advice.

•Call us on 020 7392 2953, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm to book an appointment to see a debt adviser. Daily appointments are available between the hours of 10 - 5pm. There is currently a waiting time of approx 8 days for an appointment.
•If you are unable to attend a daytime appointment you can visit our drop-in service at 28 Commercial Street on Thursday evenings. Doors open from 5pm.

Our team can help you in complete confidence with a wide range of debt problems including: pay-day loans, credit or store cards, council tax arrears, catalogue or hire purchase debt, overdrafts, court fines, rent or mortgage arrears, bankruptcy and utility debt.
