Tower Hamlets Deaf Children's Society is run by a committee of volunteers.

We are parents of deaf children and offer a support network to deaf children, young people and their families living in Tower Hamlets.

We believe deaf children should be given the same opportunities as every other child. We encourage deaf children in building self-esteem and a strong positive deaf identity.

Activities are held throughout the year in order to strengthen the deaf community. Summer trips, picnics and seasonal events for the families. coffee mornings, workshops for parents to meet socially.

Membership to this registered charity is free.

The National Deaf Children's Society is a charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for every deaf child. We are a registered association of NDCS

Areas covered are childhood deafness, hearing loss, hearing aids and cochlear implants. Making sure that there are appropriate services available for deaf children and their families.
