Service Description

Be Well is run by Tower Hamlets Council. It helps residents live healthier lives through leisure, health and play. We provide activities and memberships at local centres, including gym sessions, swimming and fitness classes.

We offer:

Gym sessions
Swimming and fitness classes
Free swimming for women and girls aged 16+
Free swimming for residents aged 55+

Group exercise programmes – circuits, power pump, kick aerobics and core stability focus based exercise.
