The Parental Engagement Team is inviting Somali parents and carers in Tower Hamlets to a meeting to gain valuable information about COVID 19.

The meeting will be held as a virtual discussion forum for Somali parents and carers to meet and hear from Manal Adam (Guest Speaker), a Public Health Officer from Tower Hamlets Council.

The topics to include:

• An introduction to COVID 19 & modes of transmission
• Risk reduction, including hand hygiene, social distancing, cleaning, face coverings & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• PPE- when it is needed, when it is not
• Testing, including anti-body testing, when to self-isolate, how to order tests and what to expect if you are contacted by the NHS Test and Trace service.
