Tower Hamlets in Bloom is all about making the borough a greener, cleaner, brighter and better place to live. Organised by the council's Parks & Open Spaces Team, the competition is part of the nationwide ‘In Bloom’ scheme.

We are now looking for entries for 2024. So whether you’ve never entered before, have taken a break or enter every year, we want to see your beautiful blooms and your fantastic veg!  No allotment is too big or balcony too small. There are categories for private gardens or balconies, schools, community gardens, allotments, best business, wildlife-friendly gardens and many more!
