Service Description

The Children's Community Physiotherapy Service provides a service to children and young people aged 0-19 years who are referred for physiotherapy and have a Tower Hamlets GP or attend a local school. Referrals are accepted for movement or mobility problems caused by injury, surgery, pain, disability and developmental delays.

High quality assessment, diagnosis, treatment, advice and management for all children referred is provided for Tower Hamlets residents. Service delivery is provided in the most appropriate and convenient setting so may be based in clinics, homes, nurseries or schools.

• Seating and Wheel Chair Clinic Input
• Special Schools Input
• Mainstream Schools and Nursery Input
