Practice Network
Poplar & Limehouse Health and Wellbeing Network
We work closely with three of our neighbouring practices (Aberfeldy Practice, Gough Walk Practice and Limehouse Practice) to deliver better care for our patients.
Practices in Tower Hamlets were grouped into 8 networks in 2009, with an aim to share skills, resources and learning.
The Network has close relationships with other local organisations, including schools and local charities such as Neighbours in Poplar.

Additional Information
The practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The aim of CQC is to ensure that patients can expect all health and adult social care services to meet essential standards of quality. As part of this the CQC will occasionally undertake inspections at the practice. Inspection representatives talk to patients as well as the practice team to gather information and they may access documents and records, including patient information.
