Care Trade is a London based charity. We support adults with autism to transition from school/college towards and into employment.
We work closely with employers to deliver training, work tasters that help young people gain the confidence, skills and experience they need to achieve their potential and be as independent as possible. We also provide in-work support via Access to Work, Consultancy and Autism Awareness training,

Our flagship programme is The Autism Project , A full-time, two-year, employability programme for autistic young people aged 18-25, with an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP) and is a Local offer programme.
