Service Description

Day nurseries provide childcare and learning for children from birth to 5 years. They can be run by private businesses, voluntary groups or by the local authority. All day nurseries on the Tower Hamlets Local Offer - are registered with Ofsted. Hours vary and usually part time and full time places are available.

All day care providers and pre-school playgroups welcome disabled children and children with additional needs.

Every day care setting has a named Inclusion Coordinator who is responsible for working with parents to plan for children’s needs.

They are supported by Tower Hamlets Early Years Inclusion Team, providing advice and support to include disabled children and children with additional needs.

Over 2's = £1,399.10 per month
Over 3's = £1,336.69 per month
