Service Description
They are a team of specialist children’s nurses linked to the Tower Hamlets Community Children’s Nursing Team. They provide a comprehensive nursing service to children with nursing needs in special schools. They also provide support and advice to children, parents, carers and school staff. As well as being based at Stephan Hawking Primary School they are also based at:
