This is a community based specialist service working with young people aged from 18 years and adults who have learning disabilities. Their service provision includes community nurses, Occupational Therapists, psychological therapists (psychologists, art therapist), psychiatrists, physiotherapists, social workers and Speech and Language Therapists.
