Service Description

The Carers Centre Tower Hamlets provides services to enrich and enhance the lives of all unpaid Carers (16+) who care for someone (16+) who lives in Tower Hamlets. This includes information and advice, Carers Assessments, welfare rights and a comprehensive wellbeing service.

The people they care for could be a relative, friend or neighbour who may be affected by disability, physical or mental ill-health, frailty or substance misuse. A carer does not need to be living with the person they care for.

The Carers Centre Tower Hamlets provides wellbeing services including massage therapies, an overnight retreat, yoga, arts and crafts as well as a range of condition specific peer support groups such our monthly dementia group.
All of our services are FREE.

We undertake Carers Assessments on behalf of the local authority
