Healthy Families Programme
A 5 week course to support parents and carers make small changes that have a big impact on family health.

- Discussion based sessions helping parents/carers explore health concerns and gain tips and ideas to improve their families health.

- practical and fun activities

- cooking demonstration/practical in week 5

We offer 5 and 3 week courses, 1 off sessions and Parents and Child together sessions.

In addition, we offer training for parents to become Healthy Family Parents Ambassadors (HFPS's) to offer peer to peer support in their child's school and community.

Our programmes and workshops take place in schools and community settings across Tower Hamlets and are open to all families.

Discussion based sessions are informal, fun and non-judgemental helping parents/carers explore health issuess, understand health inequality and gains tips and ideas to improve their families health.

Sessions include:healthy eating, physical activity, oral health, mental health and well being, and cooking.
