Service Description

Healthy Families Programme
A 4 week course to support parents and carers make small changes that have a big impact on family health.
Discussion based sessions are informal, fun and non-judgemental helping parents/carers explore health issues, understand health inequality and gains tips and ideas to improve their families health

In addition, we offer training for parents to become Healthy Family Parent Ambassadors (HFPA’s) to offer peer to peer support in their child’s school and community

Our programmes and workshops take place in schools and community settings across Tower Hamlets and are open to all families

We deliver one off taster sessions, 3 and 5 week courses in schools and community settings in TH, including the Greatorex St Health Hub (contact us for details of sessions)

Sessions are flexible and available online and face to face
