Provides a service for families with children with physical and learning disabilities.

Advice and practical support is provided to carers and young people in the family home or in community venues.

A multi- disciplinary team (made up of professionals from health and social care) uses a range of therapeutic interventions to enhance parenting skills and support parents in addressing behavioural difficulties and emotional challenges.
