• We help you to overcome the barriers to employment by assigning you your own Employment Adviser. Your Adviser will assist you all the way in your journey to gaining work by helping you with job searches and gaining skills to find the right employment.
• We can offer financial assistance by helping you pay for your transport to an interview, fund training, or buy your interview clothes.
• Even after you've found work, our job does not stop there, our Employment Advisers provide you with continued support to ensure that you progress in your new role.
