We aim to encourage community involvement and to promote healthy living. We work to increase levels of physical activity by delivering sport and health programmes that reach all sectors of the community.

Tiller Leisure Centre is based in the heart of Isles of Dogs with a 45+ station gym with a separate free-weights area. We offer a fantastic range of programmed activities including group exercise classes, swimming lessons, women’s only sessions and a children's soft play for all ages.

We also offer services/sessions for parents/families such as: swim for all, fun swims, free swim Friday and Saturday, women only for women and girls and soft play

Our centre is open to all. We don’t exclude any with special needs. Our exclusive membership caters for all.

Summer Activities 2016

Pool inflatable
Every Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 – 3:00 pm throughout the holidays.
Every Sunday 3:00 – 4:30pm throughout the year.

Intensive swimming Lessons
1st – 5th August 8:30 – 11am
15th – 19th August 8:30 – 11am
29th – 2nd September 8:30 – 11am
(30 minutes per stage, stages 1 – 5 available)
