Early Years Network Tower Hamlets provides infrastructure support and development to Early Years providers in Tower Hamlets.

The aim of the project is to contribute to improving the standards of Early Years provision in the borough, increasing the capacity of Early Years providers to better meet the diverse needs of children and young people, including those with disabilities and complex health needs and enabling all children to attend high quality early education provision.

The project also aims to encourage parents/volunteers to take an active role in running and developing Early Years provision especially playgroups and parents/carers/toddler groups in London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
