Bounce Back - Two hours Mindfulness Taster Sessions and Experience
Breathing Space and Tower Hamlets Council are working in partnership to enable you the chance to ‘Bounce Back’ and be part of a 5 month wellbeing initiative.
The negative impact of the pandemic on our mental health is becoming evident. Changes in life circumstances such as bereavement, isolation, health and financial stress has left many of us feeling anxious and stressed. Clinical studies show that Mindfulness, a set of practical tools and techniques, can benefit our health by:
- Easing anxiety and depression
- Reducing stress
- Improving focus
- Helping promote calm and positive states of mind
- Enabling us to live a better life
