The London Borough Tower Hamlets Sports and Development Team have organised a Girls Self-Defence Class for girls aged 14+ as part of the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence. The class will be delivered online and the instructor will show girls and young women self-defence techniques and inform attendees of other safety mechanisms such as alarmed key rings.
