Spear Bethnal Green is running a new online employability programme on 12th January. The Spear Programme equips unemployed 16-24 year olds with the skills, mindset & resources needed to get into work or education through an engaging, interactive and effective 6 week programme delivered on Zoom followed by 12 months of ongoing support.
