Christmas is a challenging time for autistic young people and their families. While others are out celebrating or spending time with relatives, many autistic people are struggling with strange sights and sounds, disrupted routines and unfamiliar visitors.

All these changes can be very overwhelming and can leave autistic people and their families feeling more isolated and alone than ever.

This Christmas, we are sharing our advice on how everybody can make the festive period a little easier for autistic people and their families.
