Broaden your musical experience in a multicultural ensemble uniting non-western and western instruments, led by professional musicians. Young people aged 13-24 can call or apply through the website. Workshops usually take place in school holidays and half terms at a variety of local centres throughout East London. These culminate in performances which are open to the public.

Venues are always chosen with accessibility in mind.

Grand Union Youth Orchestra runs free introductory workshops rather than having an official audition process. If you are interested in joining the Orchestra we recommend you attend an introductory workshop before coming to our regular monthly masterclasses/workshops.
