This service is open to patients who are street homeless, in hostels or in other temporary/unstable accommodation in Tower Hamlets. These patients are offered full GP registration at the surgery.

They provide the following:

• GP service.
• Substance misuse nurse.
• Substitute prescribing.
• Mental health nurse.
• Consultant Psychiatrist appointments- Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis.
• Clinical Psychologist (by referral from clinician at the practice).
• Blood Bourne Virus Service.

We aim to offer appointments when you want them in comfortable surroundings with polite and friendly staff. We want all patients to get an appointment and a service to suit their lifestyle.

• Get a routine appointment within 48 hours
• Book an appointment a least 2 weeks in advance
• Book a GP telephone consultation if you find that more convenient

Currently running a daily walk-in clinic - Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri mornings and afternoons. These start at 09.00am and 2.00pm. All walk-in clinics have limited availability.

In addition we offer a wide range of other services including: Home Visits, Psychologist, Family Planning, Blood Clinics and Blood Borne Virus Team, New Patient Health Checks, Substance Misuse Clinics, Mental Health Clinics and Alcohol Services.
