Additional Information

The primary function of the Children’s Out of Hour Service and the Emergency Duty Team will be to provide an emergency response to childcare and child protection referrals out of office hours. Additionally, the team will provide
an emergency response to homelessness referrals.

The out-of-hour service becomes live at 5.00pm and covers the borough through 9.00am during the week. Social Work practitioners are also on duty all weekend and during bank holidays.
