The learning programmes are highly responsive to learner and employer needs offering excellent progression routes ranging from entry level to Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years and Early Years Leadership and Management.

NEWTEC offers vocational courses in Early Years and Childcare and / or Health and Social Care work based training programmes.

These programmes offer work experience opportunities for learners at levels 2 and 3. NEWTEC is also able to offer work experience within our five settings based in Newham (three x nurseries and two early years education settings) as well as external nurseries.

On achieving their qualification, learners are then signed up to NEWTEC’s Recruitment Agency who provide both childcare and health and social care workers to provisions that may be understaffed.
