The Chinese Association of Tower Hamlets (CATH) was founded in East London since 1983 and has established firmly in the heart of the Chinese and Vietnamese Communities.

Our aim is to provide help and support to disadvantaged people of Chinese and Vietnamese origin to integrate with the host society.

We have a long proven track record of promoting the well-being of Chinese people through the establishment of key services to help eligible people access mainstream services.
