Service Description

The Family Link Service is a befriending service which offers one to one support to disable children and young people by offering play and positive activities to meet an individual's needs.

A support worker directly engages in indoor and outdoor leisure activities with the child or the young person, whilst providing the family with a break.

The sessions take place after school or over the weekends, providing children with a fun, positive, stimulating and engaging environment.
