For those of you who missed the last session we are running another. This session is for parents of Year 4 and 5 Children with EHC Plans. At this session we will be discussing the Transition process, Local Offer, Independent Travel Training and there will be a presentation from SEND Parent Ambassadors. If you didn't come along to the last one you should attend.
